Dr. Liss cares more about his suits than he does his patients. His arrogance and complete lack of empathy was shocking. He was elusive at best and rude whenever we could finally track him down for answers. His office and the wonderful caring nurses who cared for my father were embarrassed on his behalf. He should be ashamed but he definitely is not reflective or humble to think he is at fault. Perhaps he missed the part in med school where they say “do no harm”; he did a lot of harm and I hope he retires soon. One star is one too many, but there is no option for zero stars.
