We had a e-visit with this doctor for my son. My son has been sick with flu symptoms 104 degree F temperature, terrible cough and difficulty breathing for over a month. It gets better and then it worsens. He had no empathy and was in a rush to end the call after telling us you have what thousands of other people have and unfortunately it can take a long time to recover. When I asked him to order some tests for flu and RSV and a chest X- ray to rule out complications he was dismissive and lectured me that some people have a fascination with getting tests done and he did not think it was needed but if I insisted we can get the tests done. Before I could ask about sore throat he said have a good day and hung up. The video visit lasted less than 5 minutes in total.
