Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Dr. Chaney. While she seemed like a reasonably nice person, she did not seem to me to have much knowledge about hair loss. She gave vague answers to my questions and was unable to clearly and adequately explain to me the results of my skin biopsy, the results of which seemed, at least on their face, inconsistent with her diagnosis. She seemed to have little interest in engaging with me and became impatient when asked to explain or clarify things. I can’t speak to her knowledge of other dermatological conditions or her ability to treat them, but based on my experience with her, I would not recommend her to anyone seeking help with hair loss.
