This woman has no bedside manner. She is incredibly hateful and rude and has zero compassion. One of her dentists broke one of my perfectly good teeth when working on a neighboring tooth. I went back three times for them to fix it and she had no idea what to tell me. I finally saw another dentist there who immediately diagnosed my problem as multiple fractures in the tooth. I was then blamed for that and told it was impossible for them to break my teeth. I finally complained about my treatment and was immediately released from her care and from the low-income dental program. She said it was for “my behavior.” I didn’t realize that crying while in pain was unacceptable. Now I have a broken tooth, a temporary crown, and no way to fix it. RUN!
