I am a 28 year old female who saw this physician for a follow-up appointment to review CT scans and X-ray results related to ongoing health concerns. He was approximately 40 minutes late to my scheduled appointment.When he entered the room, he did not introduce himself, make eye contact, or engage in conversation, and spent several minutes typing without asking questions. When I attempted to explain my concerns, I was told I was “giving him too much at once” because it was our first visit. Despite bringing all of my medical records, none were reviewed, no recommendations were offered, and I had to guide the discussion regarding next steps.His bedside manner was extremely poor, and the dismissal of my concerns raised serious questions about the quality and safety of care. Given this experience, I am concerned about how patients with more complex or severe health issues may be treated. I left feeling unheard and would not recommend this physician.
