Dr Huls saved my life and made me feel comfortable while doing it. I had suspected increta with my last baby and he was there with me from start to finish (10 hours total) he even stayed with me during my UAE surgery, because I was scared. Dr.Huls is compassionate, competent, and the best

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with Dr. Huls and was treated like I have Munchausen Syndrome. I have had four miscarriages and was recently diagnosed by my Reproductive Endocrinologist with a blood clotting disorder. At my consult with the MFM, he said my RE is wrong and would not prescribe me the necessary medication to keep me safe during pregnancy and also prevent another loss. In his clinical notes, he expressed "there may be other concerning features here given the patients anxiety, frequent accessing of the healthcare system, and insistence on treatment. She was tearful during the visit, and unhappy with my recommendations." I am trying to receive proper medical care with my diagnosis and his response questions my mental health? For wanting to follow my Reproductive Endocrinologist's orders? I'm sorry I cry when talking about my multiple miscarriages. Must be so inconvenient for him. I spoke with a highly recommended MFM today and he agreed with my blood clotting diagnosis and treatment plan. If I had listened to Dr. Huls, it would have been catastrophic.
