I began seeing Dr. Kevin Cates during a period when my mental health was making everyday life feel overwhelming. From the start, he was calm, patient, and easy to speak with. His knowledge and thoughtful approach to managing my symptoms, including medication, have been life-changing for me. He took the time to listen and never made me feel rushed or brushed off. Over time, I noticed real changes — I feel more stable, more engaged in my daily life, and better able to take care of myself. I’m very thankful for his support and would recommend him to anyone going through a difficult time.
