My daughter is a new patient of Dr. Collen. I’ve met him and spoken extensively with his office staff Lynn. My daughter and I have found them to be extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. My daughter had to switch doctors because of insurance. She’s been getting the run around with the meds insurance. Lynn was an advocate for my daughter with the insurance company, Dr. Collen has stayed on top of it as well. My daughter gave them permission to speak with me so there’s no HIPAA violation. Idk what happened with others. I was reluctant to call for an appointment after reading some of the reviews. I can only speak for our family. I felt this to be a very positive experience. My daughter’s a sensitive person and she found Dr. Collen to be very kind.
