He is the best heart dr

He is a great cardiologist and his bedside manner was great. However, his staff should take accountability when cancelling appointments because of an emergency he had .They called my landline and never a message and at the time I was not at home. I drove all the way to his office which is an hour away just to find out my appointment was cancelled. They insisted they called. They had my cell number, no call. I got home and checked.....no message was left. Why would I check my landline if no one called! I am very upset and angry. They should take accountability and should have called back or at least leave a message. They have 3 numbers on file including my wife's.....unacceptable!

Dr. Olsen save my life twice and today 6/13/22 I am going in for the third time. He is a beautiful and wonderful doctor. He really cares for you and his bedside manners are great. I trust him with my life. Jeannie Rossetti
