Failed surgery, rude/aggressive staff that have kept me from making an appointment or accessing Dr. Hsieh to try to find relief. I have followed all of their protocols and referrals. I am no better more than a year after surgery and though the doctor wanted to see me back, they can only offer me a phone appointment or an in person appointment months away. What happened to compassionate patient care? I would have hoped to have some priority instead I am left without solutions and will have to seek care elsewhere. It's too bad the doctor allows this to go on in his office.
