The day of my appt to establish care I arrived on time at 8:00 but the office was closed and no one was answering the phone. The receptionist showed up at 8:20 and said the doctor wasn't coming in that day. I checked my phone and I had no missed calls or voicemails from their office. I rescheduled the appt for their earliest opening, three weeks later. I also confirmed that they had my correct phone number. The day before my second appt I called to confirm the appt, and the receptionist confirmed it for 8:00. I arrived at 8:00 and the office was closed, again. Again, the receptionist didn't show up until 8:20 and said they had called me to reschedule. I had no missed calls from their office and no voicemails. She said the other receptionist who confirmed the appt must have made a mistake. She said they would squeeze me in, and that the doctor would be in at 9:00. I was taken to an exam room, where I waited another hour, until 9:30. I had to be back at work by 10:00 so I gave up and left at 9:30. Its now a month and a half since I made the original appt and I still haven't seen the doctor. I'll be changing primary care providers.
