While the treatment was excellent, the billing department made this entire experience so challenging. Getting a basic detailed bill was a nightmare for insurance filing purposes. The last thing you want to burden you during a cancer journey is dealing with financial things and having it even more difficult due to unfriendly billing staff, a billing department you have trouble getting ahold of, and billing statements that even the insurance companies have trouble deciphering. I encourage Dr. Choe to upgrade his billing department to the level of his service. Then you will truly provide a service of excellence.
