My dad had a procedure done in the hospital and Dr. Spires told him to call Monday to get the catheter removed. The office staff would not help, wouldn’t make an appointment, nothing! They wouldn’t even help when my mom called to get my dad a leg bag and a stat lock for his catheter. He’s been home since Friday and he’s very uncomfortable and very aggravated. He might need to revamp his office staff.
