What a maddening, and dangerous doctor's office this is. I do not recommend for anyone. I went to the emergency room and they found something in my heart. I was supposed to do an important test at the hospital but couldn't. I desperately called on the first day, sent emails, got promises of calls back and of course they never did. This was for a life-threatening condition mind you. Finally, when i get a hold of someone they promise to put in the authorization immediately. But instead, i get a call later saying the doctor has to see me first and wants to schedule an appointment for 2 days later, delaying the 72 hour authorization request, delaying the procedure. He has to 'take his notes' in person, because i guess the hospitals diagnosis including EKG, stress tests, chest X-rays, wasn't good enough. I guess he needs to take my blood pressure, temperature, and weigh me to 'make sure'. Absurd.
