I was frustrated and disappointed. I showed up for a follow up appointment to get results of my blood work. After waiting a while for the doctor, he finally came in and said he couldn't read the results because the computer system was down. He said he wouldn't charge me and scheduled me out for an appointment in 3 wks. Twice the office called and said they didn't get the results of one of the blood tests. I made phone calls and had the results sent to them. In 3 wks I went back to the office and still no results. The doctor said he would go see the next patient and come back while I am on the phone trying to solve the issue. Come to find out the office that did the blood work ran all but the one test the doctor was waiting on. Dr. Hammoud said they would send the order again and see me in 3 wks. I tried to get the blood work done a week after my doctor visit. They couldn't find the order. I called Dr. Hammoud's office and said I won't be back and the reason why.
