I was a patient for 2 yrs. I made an appointment and came in to the clinic writhing in pain while passing a large kidney stone. They made me wait for over an hour past my appointed time before someone came to talk to me. The staff treated me like @#$. When the ultrasound tech walked in the exam room I was crouched on the floor writhing in pain. She was indignant, saying 'What in the world is going on here.' She proceeded to lecture and humiliate me throughout the ultrasound. I can't prove this, but having done many ultrasounds for the same condition, she intentionally made the process much longer and uncomfortable than it needed to be. I told the doctor and one of the staff about the ultrasound and they basically did nothing.Doctor is not thorough. He convinced me to let him do a cystoscopy but is was completely unnecessary. Doctor told me drinking a lot of water will not help with my kidney stone problem. I've been told by other specialists that this is bad advice.
