The doctor is cold, distant, and lack of passion. He did not spend too much time talking to me to really figure out what was going on. When I suggested what's wrong with me he blew me up by rejecting it. He performed a cystoscopy on me, it was so painful. He injected the numbing jelly, waited for literally 5 seconds, then pushed the cystoscope in. I almost cried. After the procedure is done, he did not give me any after-care instruction nor educated me on the medication I was about to take. I would not come back.
