Our interaction with Dr. Kim Murphy was profoundly alarming. Despite examining my minor daughter, she displayed a distressing lack of empathy. Dr. Murphy's casual and cold suggestion that my daughter might have herpes, without considering her feelings, was deeply unsettling, especially given that my daughter is not sexually active. The subsequent wait for culture results only exacerbated our anxiety. Dr. Murphy's insensitive approach and hasty conclusions left us feeling unsupported and dismayed. My daughter cried for days, overwhelmed by the situation. Even though this happened over a year ago, we still can't stop thinking about it, as it has left a lasting impact on our trust in medical professionals. I cannot in good conscience recommend her care to anyone who values compassion and sensitivity in their medical treatment.
