In my entire adult life I've always been blessed to have a career with great insurance coverage. In fact, I've had the same insurance provider for years. Never ONCE has an annual exam caused me out of pocket charges until I saw Dr. Simmons. She and her staff artificially add expense codes that they don't deliver, Including "extra time". Dr. Simmons was late to the appointment and the only reason she stayed the 15 minutes she did was to espouse her "new project" around plant based meals. Then she turned around and charged extra time. She didn't do a hernia check which has been a standard of male health in my entire life. Didn't check my eyes, etc. When I inquired about all of this they gave me a canned answer about "we checked, it was right". First and only time I'll see this doctor. Fair warning for others.
