My wife has been seen by her in the past and was told her very real neurological conditions were "all in her head" and "the mind is a powerful thing". She was given a conversion disorder diagnosis that has followed her around and haunted her since. This doctor makes her own decision about what she thinks is happening to the patient without any concern for context or rapport. She has ruined many doctors' trust in my wife's real symptoms and has ruined our trust in the health care system.
