Her office staff is absolutely horrible and that's the most I can say about the billing department. I have been owed a refund for 9 months that I keep getting beat around the bush over and currently the office people are hanging up on me and say they can't take my call any longer. There is zero real customer service here and you mat think you are in good hands until you aren't. Would not recommend this doctors office.
