I’ve had 3 back surgeries, with the last one being a fusion. I have NEVER regained full strength in the left side, and have severe muscle atrophy with my left leg. She told me that the likelihood of requiring additional surgery was high, due to degenerative conditions. Recently I have had pretty severe pain on my right side and down the back of my right leg, I called to ask for an appointment, and was told that the doctor would review and someone would call me back. Over a week later, I received a call advising that they only do surgeries in their office, they don’t manage pain ( I understand that, and I have a pain management doctor, I’m not asking for pain meds, I was very clear about that) that dr brown did two surgeries on my back and she was not going to see me. The nurse was RUDE and would not listen to me when I was trying to tell her that this very different from the previous issues. She advised that they have done their duty and I should not call them again.
