Dr. Kimberly Thai, DO

Being new to UC Davis last April, we had our first experience with her. She doesn’t shake hands to introduce herself. She makes no eye contact when asking questions or saying things. My son who has ADHD had his established care appointment back in April 26’ staring at the computer she said “I see he takes (blank) l in the evening.” I asked her, “Does your computer say that? ( she was staring at it.) She said “no.” I told her “it’s a stimulant and it’s extended release. He would never take that in the evening.”. This was my biggest red flag. My second appointment was to establish care for my 12-year-old daughter. She questioned why she yawned at eight in the morning. I had to explain that it’s early and she she’s growing and she gave me a weird look. My son came in to get his sports physical, the first thing she said she accused us of bringing the form in again. I told her no. We had Kaiser last year. She said I filled it out before. It was someone else. She doesn’t know medications.
