I went to talk about trying to conceive. The appointment would have been about 2 mins long if it wasn’t for that fact I asked questions. When I said I was scared I had PCOS, she said “You definitely don’t because you have a period” when I said I was scared I wasn’t ovulating because my LH levels were low, she said “You’re definitely ovulating because you have a period and can’t have a period unless you ovulate” basically, the only advice she gave was exercise and have intercourse and I’ll get pregnant. Fast forward a month (today) and I just got diagnosed with PCOS and my doctor said she thinks I haven’t been ovulating this whole time… I am extremely disappointed and feel as though I was not taken seriously at all.
