I am an established patient of Dr. Klein's for over 19 years! I called to get an appointment on Tuesday afternoon, an got a recording, which is typical, left a message that I wanted my annual wellness check and some vaccinations, and I NEVER received a call back!!! I went to the office today, and was told that he has stopped doing annual physicals, and they will not start back up until March 2023 at the earliest!!! I am extremely disappointed in the level of care that I have received over the last couple of years, but this takes the cake!!! I am going to be 62 years old in a few months, and am a 2 time cancer survivor, and you can not even return my call?!! I deserve better medical care than this! And will be seeking a new Primary Care Physician! Also today, there was nearly no one in the parking lot, and absolutely no one in the waiting room, that seems really strange if you are too busy to do yearly check-ups?!!
