My uncle recently had open heart surgery and was discharged from the hospital. Being he did not have a PCP, home health set him up to establish care with Dr. Singh. The day before his appointment I received a call stating he needed his insurance card. He didn’t have a hard copy (never received it so we didn’t even know he had Medicare. Everything before was handled at the VA) so I was able to get on Medicare.org and request a new card and obtain a screenshot. Receptionist was VERY RUDE on morning of appointment and stated at first it was the wrong card, then changed to she wasn’t able to read it and turned him away. They were laughing and making smart comments the entire time. I asked for office manager and was told “that’s me!” I am filing a complaint with every Avenue, including Willis Knighton, for the behavior of the front office staff. They doctor may be a great doctor, but when you HAVE to deal with the front office staff, it helps to have friendly workers. I do NOT recommend this office.
