Was assigned him for my VA C&P exam. He misrepresented everything that happened during the exam on his formal write up. I have multiple active diagnoses in my medical records that were provided to him and he told me I didn't. He reported that I told him I was pain free, symptoms had disappeared, and was perfectly healthy; this is NOT what I told him. He should not be a licensed doctor.
