Although I think she is very kind. My 7 yr old needed a lot of dental work including 1 extraction and two crowns. By the time she could get him in for surgery, his other two teeth needed extracted too. He got an abscess and needed an oral surgeon. The response from the staff, Sorry she is busy. Seems there should be a way to prioritize so kids aren’t waiting three -four months, and then shrugging shoulders. Never more disappointed.
