She is the absolute WORST “professional” I have ever seen. She should not be 1.) treating patients in a tourist area and 2.) should not be seeing patients for emergency care. She explained nothing during my ER trip)broken wrist , exuded absolutely zero bed side manner, did not explain procedures nor X-rays. She sent the nurse in with needles and medication without explanation. She told me to remove my cardigan and I asked why and she said she would “If you don’t, I’m I’m cutting it off and you wouldn’t like that would you”. I asked her what the needles were for and I expressed I just wanted an explanation as to what was happening and let her know I was scared of needles. She said “what did I tell you last time???” angrily. I cried out of frustration of being scolded and quizzed like a child. I told her she could go ahead and administer pain meds through the needles and she said “no, no! You don’t want them!” She then pulled my arm and set my fracture and said “is that what you wanted?”
