The doctor seems good but his office and follow up care is poor at best. Gave my husband a great sample for his COPD that works wonderful. Now the issue is getting his office to write a “formulary exception” even when given word for word what needed to be sent in is impossible. Stopped in and asked for the prescription and was denied. Every call to Mia to get it resolved went nowhere. Very incompetent staff. Even our pharmacist sent a written note and they still screwed it up! Never going back!
