First of all, let me start by saying that Dr. Fagerberg seemed like a good person. I went in to establish with her as a new patient as we had just moved. She seemed nice and caring and empathetic...until I got a bill from them saying that my new patient visit was considered a specialty visit and was charged a few hundred dollars more as a result. No one had told me before or during the visit that this would be a specialty visit and when I initially called them, they had mentioned to me a $20 co-pay. After receiving the bill, when I called their clinic, the doctor had put down that she had done a physical, which she didn't; she also mentioned that we discussed high blood pressure, which I don't have. Maybe some wires got crossed up and she confused me with another patient. But at the end of the day, I just paid the bill and called it a day. We have used BSW for several years, but after two similar experiences, we will likely never use BSW again for the remainder of our lives!
