Awful atmosphere and unhygienic. When walking in, a nurse thought my service dog would bite her. The floors and cabinets were gross and I can’t even see well. Dr.Nkembe Would not listen or address any concern. I needed continuity of care in a new state, but was laughed at when handing him a handicap parking form from the DMV and my previous placard. He flipped the paper over on his knee and looked at my aunt in a facetious manner to ask if I was really disabled? Nkembe falsified documentation that is degrading. I reported this to patient advocacy, but received no response. I didn't want to take this further but I am.
