Needs to take a sensitivity training course. He is NOT good with children in emergency situations who suffer with autism. He is very hateful and talks to the child with a loud voice. Because of him I will be speaking medical power of attorney so he can never treat my child the way he told my child ALL doctors would because of his/her autism! Child also hit head very hard, ct was never ordered, his staff Tim and Kim were also hateful and rough. We have NEVER been treated so badly before at North Greenville Hospital! NEVER! He did NOT listen to anything we has former first responders said about our child’s time on being unconscious seriously, did NOT listen when we told him he/she was autistic and needed to be talked through some situations that were NOT considered life or death. Dr. Diaz did NOT care and DOES need more if not the appropriate sensitivity training to deal with autism patients and patients all together!
