As a new patient, I immediately felt welcomed by her staff. They were very attentive and friendly. The Dr. elevated that feeling by her greeting and welcoming spirit. It was evident she had reviewed my chart prior to my arrival, as she spoke to specifics I had provided prior to my visit. She also ordered lab work prior to the visit, which she thoroughly reviewed line by line. She answered all of my questions, I never felt rushed, and she provided clear direction for the path forward all with a smile. Dr. Smith and her staff provided the most pleasant and thorough office visit I have EVER experienced. Simply the BEST!!
