I have auto-text messages about my appointments. Throughout the day, I had reminders confirming my appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was canceled. I said, 'I was never notified, and the text messages kept reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Response: 'We don't have time to follow up on the text updates. My question is, what was wrong with using the telephone to call me? Oh well, moving on....
