Dr. Burts office staff are a mess. Scheduled appointment in March, couldn’t be seen until June. They had me email paperwork ahead of time, emailed me a confirmation of appointment which I accepted, only to arrive and be told the appointment was cancelled because they couldn’t contact me. They had a wrong phone number but correct email. The office manager stated “oh that’s my fault” as if waiting three months and being cancelled is fine. I haven’t seen a dentist yet but so far, I am not impressed.
