Patient Reviews

Dr.Koreen is an extremely knowledgeable Retina Specialist. The day that my particular eye issue arose, I went to the Garnet ER. Dr Koreen was the on-call ophthalmologist. I spoke with him on the phone and described what was occurring with my sight. He immediately told me what he suspected had happened. I was terribly frightened and he reached out in a very compassionate way and since it was Saturday, he said he could see me in his office on Monday, or later that day. I was very frightened and asked if he'd see me Saturday afternoon. He graciously said yes. He later met in the parking lot and he opened his office. After a through eye examination, his original diagnosis was confirmed. He explained everything to me and I will never forget his kind and compassionate care. He has been my retina specialist ever since then. I don't recall the exact date, but it was many years ago. I credit Dr. Koreen with saving my eye sight. He is everything a patient seeks from their physician and more.
