He was very unprofessional to me during our visit. I was trying to finish filling out the questionnaire when he snatched it from my hands. He said very unkind coments like I needed to put a chain and lock on my refrigerator. He made other unkind remarks during our visit. I could add more but this app won't let me tell more truths.
