She is terrible . She moved at a snails pace with a referral for my mom's meds. They were pain meds and she wanted to revieiw her discharge papers first . I took them to the office personally . And the whole day I heard nothing . The next day came ,I called all day . My mom ended up BACK in the hospital , because she had no pain meds ,all bunched up and making her colitis worse. The ER got her name incorrect on the script ,they said go to her PcP to get it . But here it is 5 days later .My mom is back in hospital because of Dr Calderon. The Memorial ER told me it was WRONG of her to ignore my mom's 16 calls to the I st. office . They said she SHOULD have made it a priority to get that done . I hand delivered 37 pages of discharge papers. The script was on the top of page 1. And it's not the first time that she has not done her job. We are going to leave CareMore completely because of this incompetence and outright neglect.
