It took me months to get this appointment for my daughter. We live far away. I did the preregistration, and confirmed my appointment prior and was really looking forward to meeting this doctor. I clicked on the confirmation link FROM THE OFFICE to input the address into my maps app. However, it takes you to the wrong place. I call them apologetically, let them know that I am lost, and I will be there as soon as I can and explain the situation. I was 23 min late and the doctor refused to see us, despite the office door stating they close at 5pm. I would like to personally thank you doctor Irastorza for saving my the time and money to pay someone so with such little compassion and accountability for office mistakes. I would never want you to be my child’s doctor. Compassion is one of the most important qualities in a person and you certainly lack this. Especially for a new patient coming to your office for the first time, I would’ve thought you would make an exception or at least tried
