My primary care is at Burnsville Family Physicians. I needed to get in as soon as possible and my normal doctor was not available that week so I decided to go with Dr. Scherf. At least it’s at the same clinic, it will be ok, right? Wrong. I had the absolute worse experience with her. She hardly asked me about my symptoms, questioned me about my past medical history (I have 2 rare conditions) that had nothing to do with the days visit, and hardly let me get 2 words out without her talking over me. Had she asked me about my symptoms for what I was in the clinic for that day, maybe things would have gone better. Instead of helping me figure out what was causing this pain she shoved me off onto someone else without even discussing with me what could be causing it and how we could fix it. I left the office/clinic in tears and decided I would NEVER see her again. I will be back in contact with the clinic to see my regular doctor for the same issue but with someone who will listen for 5 secs.
