I echo what another parent said. She was extremely disengaged and did not seem to want to be there. She refused to interact with our child and it made him nervous. We were so uncomfortable with her demeanor, we switched to another ENT. I’m not sure why she specialized in pediatric medicine, she seemed annoyed with a child who was being extremely compliant. I would never recommend her after that experience.
