I went to a wellness visit as a first visit. Both Dr’s were not accepting new patients so I agreed to meet with the PA. This was last year sometime. I called both my insurance and their office in advance and was told by both that a wellness visit was covered. I GAVE MY INSURANCE info over the phone for them to check this.The only advice I received was to stop taking my anti anxiety meds. (Keep in mind I’m diagnosed MDD with anxiety since the early 90’s). She took no blood for diagnoses. Did nothing regarding physical issues only the mental health ones which she is woefully unqualified to do. Since then I have learned they billed my insurance for over 500.00 and they keep bothering me for money. They call, they email and they text. I have repeatedly asked them to stop to no avail on every form of communication. I feel like I am being held hostage by their aggressive tactics. If I had even gotten a blood test it would be different. BEWARE!
