Dr Lauren is a good doctor no doubt, she listened and was comprehensive about remedies. After the visit I received a bill and had few questions so I called the office. They transferred me to billing dept and the woman who answered was belligerent from hello onwards. To every question I would ask the answer would be look at the bill and ask your insurance company. Even the front desk staff is kinda rude and mostly involve in gossips while patients wait to be attended. While I was waiting filling out initial forms I saw two patients going through financial miscalculations with front desk staff. I asked for copay receipt as soon as I heard all these commotions. I hope she Dr Lauren works on getting some good staff.
