Came in fatigued, throwing up and sleeping 14 or more hrs after 15 min yard work. I was in my mid 30s. She said I was getting old. Came in later that year, more extreme fatigue. Drenching night sweats, soaking my bed and my clothing. Finally there was a large lump under my clavicle. I said I thought it was lymphoma. She said it was 'Googlitis', but finally agreed to do blood work. It wasn't 'Googlitis'. It was lymphoma. Thanks, Laurie, for dragging it out an extra year and acting like I was crazy! Without treatment, my diagnosis proves fatal in 90% of cases within 5 years. I left the state and got actual life saving help-chemotherapy-from a respectful and respectable doctor. I wouldn't go to her again if I were on fire and she were holding a fire hose.
