Doctor invoices for services not provided. He bills for HIS time when my child has only talked with clinical staff (and we also get billed for the clinical staff time). The clinical staff bill is always for more time than the actual time spent with my child. Doctor requires a monthly appointment even though every three months is state/federal requirement. My child asks every month to move to an appointment every three months. He never gets a straight answer. No resolution from office to any of the billing issues.
