Appalling experience. I visited a couple times to figure out a plan for an ongoing issue and felt continually dismissed. This was confirmed when she made a comment that proved she had absolutely NO CLUE I had a thyroid disease. (She said down the line we could test for it!) We were talking about hormones. How can a doctor discuss hormone issues when they don't know their patient has a thyroid disease? I expect my doctor to take the time to read my health status. Assistant also brashly rude.
