I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sharma. She is exquisitely thorough in my experience and highly knowledgeable. She welcomes the patient's questions and concerns. The office staff however is the worst. The phone goes unanswered by a human. Messages left on voicemail are never returned. The voicemail message states calls will be returned within 48 hours - this is a doctor's office serving patients with legitimate concerns, yet so disorganized are these people they need 48 hours to simply return a phone call? But never mind that - because they do not return phone calls at all, and patients are left to make multiple attempts to reach a human. But often those humans have no idea what they are doing. The CVS pharmacy's calls for physician verification on a prescription are not responded to, leading to the patient attempting to contact Dr. Sharma's office to activate the very recent prescription for a refill. But the office worker is completely unfamiliar with the medications.
