Dr. Jones is our children's doctor. We've seen her several times over the last few years for our children's well checks as well as for illnesses. Our children (now aged 10 and 8) love her. She talks to children (not at or about them) and takes them seriously, listening to their questions and answering honestly. She empathizes with them and understands them. As a parent, she listens to me and treats me like a partner in our healthcare decisions. She explains everything very clearly. She always calls me back when I leave a message, and always gets us the tests or prescriptions we need right away. I feel like she sincerely cares about my children. We love Dr. Jones so much that we drive almost an hour and a half to see her.
