While Dr. Gopal herself was kind and personable the two hours that I waited to be seen was unacceptable. We all have responsibilities we need to get back to. I suspect double or triple booking a time slot to be at fault here. Unfortunately, as much as I liked the doctor I will not be returning due to the amount of time it took out of my day.
